The benefits of liquid vitamins

By Steve Mcmurray

What do you look for in a vitamin? As a fifty-something couple, my wife and I are always looking out for products that not improve our quality of life but doesn't cause us to gag on a mouthful of pills, leave us with a foul after-belch breath nor leave us wondering how much is really getting absorbed after all of that...

In other words, we want value for our money...

We were also looking for something that didn't upset our stomachs. Is that asking for too much? It seemed so until some friends introduced us to liquid health vitamins.

Why liquid vitamins?

Well, it makes sense that vitamins need to be absorbed quickly so our bodies can use them for the day, not halfway through the day. Liquid multivitamins can be absorbed within three minutes! Compare that to six hours!

Are they safe?

The following link is an excellent website on the toxicity of vitamins and minerals. Even thought the liquid vitamins that we take exceed the required daily intake, they are not in doses that have any observed adverse effects.

Do they taste ‘yucky’?

Have you ever had orange tang? One ounce of liquid vitamin mixed in filtered water or your favorite juice gives it a 'citrusy' taste without any after taste or foul belch breath.

What about the cost?

This is the best part for me. For less than a dollar per day (excluding shipping charges) with liquid vitamins, I can get all of the nutrients that I normally take...and more without the hassle of bulky, poorly absorbing and poorly digested pills.

So what is that we take?

The product that we use not only pumps our bodies full of essential nutrients, these liquid vitamins also supply us with an herbal energizer liquid extract containing 'adaptogens'.

This term was first coined in 1947 by Dr. Nicholai Lazarev of Russia. The adaptogens have many important properties: They are non-toxic.
1. They help increase the body’s mental, physical and work performance. The adaptogens help provide resistance to stressful insults to the body’s cells.

2. They increase the ability of the body to balance and normalize overall health and homeostasis.

3. Fruit blend contains many extracts from fruits that contain antioxidants and many healthy ingredients.

4. Age-Defying/Antioxidant Blend.

5. The ingredients have anti-aging properties with antioxidants and nucleotides.

6. Trace Minerals

7. The body utilizes over 80 minerals for maximum healthy function.

8. Miscellaneous Ingredients: Whole aloe, choline, Inositol, etc.

9. Toxic Metals The GBG preparation has been manufactured so the common toxic metals, such as lead, arsenic and mercury are absent or the levels are far below the toxic range.

Exposure to “toxic metals” has become an increasingly recognized source of illness. Toxic metals are often called “heavy metals”. These include arsenic, lead, mercury, cadmium, beryllium and chromium in high concentrations.

Some of these so-called “toxic metals” in small amounts are necessary to support life. However, in large amounts they become toxic and become a significant health hazard.

Since we have started taking these liquid vitamins in the past month we are already noticing improvements in our energy level.

The particular brand of organic liquid vitamins that we take is from GBG. You may take them just for personal use or you may also earn an extra income simply by telling others how much that you like it. Click on the links to learn more.
